Welcome to the Suburban Cook County HMIS Privacy and Security Training. When initiating the video, you will be prompted to record your name and email address. After the opening credits, you will be prompted to "Take Quiz Now”, which will ask you to record the name of your agency before proceeding with the video. While watching the video there are four questions you have to answer, in addition to viewing the recording in its entirety, to receive credit for completing the training. The length of the training is close to 2 hours (1 hr 50 min).
The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County is the lead agency for suburban Cook County (all of Cook County except the city of Chicago) and DuPage County's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Below you can download the current list of providers that HMIS data may be shared with for DuPage County or suburban Cook County according to current privacy policies.
