Beginning July 1, 2016 you will be able to add an ROI to multiple projects at once. The signed ROI should be scanned and uploaded to the Agency Level (level 3) ROI binder clip for all Adults and Heads of Household.

HMIS Data Standards 2017 Updates pdf October 2, 2017
Starting October 1, 2017 HUD's new data standards take effect. This document is designed to address those changes important to Suburban Cook County. All active clients as of October 1, 2017 must be updated to meet these new standards. Updates includes changes to the gender choices, as well as an important change to PSH and RRH projects with the Housing Move-In Date and how that should be recorded. Important updates to VA, SSVF and RHY projects are also covered here.

Starting October 1, 2016 critical changes to HMIS data standards are in effect, including how users collect and enter chronic homeless information and some other HUD fields. This document is designed to address those changes important to Suburban Cook County. All active clients as of October 1, 2016 must be updated to meet these new standards.
