Service providers may now use HMIS for recording client health information around COVID-19. The SubCook COVID-19 Assessment Supplemental screening tool may help staff with initial identification of clients who are symptomatic or at greater risk for exposure.
The HMIS Policies and Procedures Manual has undergone a comprehensive review to ensure that our current practices and guidelines are in agreement. Key revisions focus on privacy and security clarifications, improving data timeliness, and integrating changes to HMIS Data Standards.
